How we work

  • Nothing counts until you accept it.

    Drafted rules, values and products stay suggestions until a person accepts them. A rule passes only on a value someone confirmed or one from a real product record. An AI guess reads Unknown.

  • Every value says where it came from.

    A photo, the product page, a page of the brand standard, or you. The record keeps the source beside the value.

  • Your library grows with every project.

    Products you specify join your studio library, ready for the next project. Suggestions draw on your library and past projects, and only yours.

What does SpecAI cost?
You pay in credits for the AI work, such as reading a plan set or drafting an item. A new team starts with 1,000 trial credits. Reviewing, confirming, editing and approving cost nothing.
Do you train AI on our files?
No. Your studio's data never trains AI models, ours or anyone else's, and is never shared with other studios. It improves only your own results, inside your team.
Who can see our projects?
Your team, by the access each person has, and guests you invite to one project. SpecAI staff look at project content only to fix a problem you report.
What happens when we delete a file?
It is gone: the file, the text read from it and its search data.
